Thrive Central Oregon is currently hiring for Community Outreach Advocates and Bilingual Community Outreach Advocates!


Thrive Central Oregon is a team of passionate individuals, striving to connect people within our community with affordable housing and resource support. Thrive meets community members where they are in public spaces, providing a vital connection to services and support.


This position is responsible for meeting with individuals at designated locations to connect them to requested services and community resources.

Community Health Worker class coming April 2024 in Madras

Registration is open for the next Community Health Worker class for Spring 2024 in Madras.

The class will meet in person from 12:45 pm – 4:45 pm on the following Fridays: 4/5, 4/19, 5/10, 5/17 and 5/31

Northwest Center for Public Health Practice


Eligible students in Washington, Alaska, Idaho, and Oregon will be awarded up to $3,500 each to help them with living expenses during their hands-on learning experience. Applications are evaluated based on the focus of public health practice, attention given to underserved areas and populations, and feasibility.
